Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Nuvle app and website. By using Nuvle you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Nuvle.
1. Not medical advice
Nuvle is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Nap and bedtime windows, insights and guided plans are general guidance based on typical ranges and the information you log. They don’t replace your own judgment or a healthcare professional. Always follow safe-sleep guidance, and talk to your pediatrician about any concern about your baby’s sleep, feeding, breathing or health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
2. Who can use Nuvle
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and a parent, guardian or caregiver authorised by the parent. You’re responsible for the information you enter and for who you invite to your household.
3. Your account
An account is optional. If you create one, keep access to your email secure, because sign-in codes are sent there. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
4. Your content
The logs and details you enter are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to provide Nuvle to you and the people in your household. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
5. Nuvle Plus subscriptions
- Nuvle Plus is an optional subscription sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Free trial: the yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription and you are charged.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies.
- The next-nap prediction and the features we describe as free will stay free.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Nuvle: don’t try to access other households’ data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it except as allowed by law, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Nuvle running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted or end. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Nuvle after an update means you accept it.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on predictions or plans. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Nuvle Plus in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
9. Ending
You can stop using Nuvle and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
