Delete your account and data
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Nuvle and go to the More tab.
- Tap your account at the top.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This deletes your account, your backed-up logs and your household (if you are its last member), and clears the data on that phone.
No account? Everything is on your phone only: use More → Delete all data, or uninstall the app.
Can’t use the app?
Email us from the address you sign in with (), with the subject “Delete my Nuvle account”. We’ll confirm and delete your account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email address
- Baby details, sleeps, feeds, diapers, notes and caregiver names stored on our servers
- Your household membership and invites
Data is removed from our live database immediately; short-term database recovery copies expire within 7 days. If other caregivers remain in your household, the shared logs stay available to them until they delete them.
What we keep
Subscription purchase records held by Google Play, Apple and RevenueCat are kept as required for tax and accounting. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your Google Play or App Store settings.
